Universe of Charge

I believe the Universe is filled with stuff that repels like bits of the same stuff.  One can think of these bits as mono-poles or bits of electrical charge or bits with some other magical repelling nature.  I will consider these bits as fractional bits of negative charge equal to one third the charge commonly ascribed to an electron.   “And so can you!”
